Dear All, The Matruchhaya College of Commerce was set-up as a philanthropic step to do something worthy in the field of education and spreading goodwill in the society by instigating learners and achievers to be the educated citizens of India. With this aim the Junior college established in the year 1993 and branched out further in the year 2004 as Matruchhaya Degree College and today I proudly declare that each year the success story of Degree College continuous with many young girls achieving degree not only

I know and believe that an institute needs proper and perfect infrastructure not only for external appearance but also for smooth functioning of academics and co-curricular activities, However the real essence and development rests in the hands of proper management of administrative and teaching departments. And I majorly credit this institutional evolution and progress to my dedicated administrative and teaching staff. They shoulder the responsibilities of catering to students need in campus, by dealing Patiently with proper understanding and sometimes by taking Rigour actions. Whatever they do is for the students well-being and I am sure my staff interacts Identical manner with all the stakeholders organisation inter pleader.

Our teacher and students are abreast of all the information - related to current affairs as well as academics. Thanks to the in-house facilities such as digital media of education, well stocked library and non-stop internet service. (Internet surfing service is only for teachers, library staff and administrative department). However every student is allowed to access internet under the supervision of authorized staff. The expertise care, dedication and high esteem for education field are very well channelized by every teacher to help every student write his/her own success story.

At Matruchhaya Degree College students' role is equally honoured in reviewing progress of college. Our degree programmes offer quality, real-world education and this knowledge is fruitfully absorbed by the students.

Dear All, Welcome to the academic year 2022-2023. I am delighted to introduce you to Matruchhaya Degree College an institution committed to the Education of Women. Understanding the value of various roles played by a woman in nurturing and developing the society, we at Matruchhaya Degree College are completely engaged in boosting the morale of every girl child by running this college.

I would like to emphasize on our virtuous efforts i.e. here, girls not only acquire graduation Degree, but are prepared for life - long challenging journey. The two streams of knowledge flow together in equal direction; first is the academic knowledge and second is the development of personality and skills such as leadership excellence, self esteem, discipline, social awareness and spirit of generosity, integrity and honesty, creativity and imagination.

Learning is made easy, enjoyable and fruitful by tie dedicated teachers, and they are also vigilant of every activity going on in campus. Thus, sometimes a teacher also plays a role of a counsellor and guides students who are disturbed or fearful of facing examinations or going through tempestuous phases of tees and early adulthood From time-to-time information regarding the prospective courses after the degree course is provided to the student to prepare them in advance for higher education. Students have freedom to express their views and give suggestions on academic and co-curricular matters, student's word is as much valued as of professionals.

We insist upon a friendly atmosphere of learning, so that students do not study under pressure, express themselves freely and bring out their hidden talents and knowledge in limelight, thus activating their thinking and intellectual development process. All this is done keeping in mind the virtues of respect, politeness, sincerity and dedication. Classroom discipline and complete attendance is one of the strict codes of conduct and the students have to adhere to the rule completely, shunning misbehaviour and rudeness with fellow students, teachers and other staff members classroom interactions develop confidence in these girl students and inspire them to engage successfully in varied roles, they would carry out as they move out into the world and settle as independent personalities with own opinions and goals.

I feel honoured, and have pleasure in rendering my services to this college as the first Principal.

My personal experience after taking up the responsibility till date is satisfying and all the functions are carried out efficiently by every unit of this college, There has been a perfect unity of operation with a mutual understanding between teachers, students and administrators as well as parents.

On one of my recent visits, I saw to my Surprise a baby toying with an unattended laptop. This led me to think whether the future was peeking at us? “Will children start learning technology right from their first step ahead, as an individual".

The answer was an emphatically “Yes” Friends, if this is the future, so be it! The best we can do is to prepare our children and ourselves for the approaching era. In your children you will live a new age and we realize its significance.
