Smt. G.A. LALANI EDUCATION TRUST has established the esteemed Institution,
MATRUCHHAYA COLLEGE OF COMMERCE & SCIENCE in 1993 with the aim of promoting
higher education in Dahisar and its adjoining rural area.Our Junior college is
affiliated to Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
In addition to Jr. college, we also established MATRUCHHAYA DEGREE COLLEGE OF
COMMERCE in the year 2004 affiliated to the University of Mumbai. It is the only
College for women in suburbs and offers education in Commerce. The College
provides educational facilities to more than 3 thousand students each year with
help, co-operation & Inspiring involvement of teaching and non-teaching staff.
The College is located in a beautiful pollution free zone, 1 km from Dahisar
Railway Station.
