  RULES REGARDING ADMISSION  
     
 
  1. A Student seeking admission in the college will have to sumbit an application in the prescribed form and present herself for an interview with the Principal/Admission Committee. No admission shall be regarded as duly granted unless it is granted by the college authority.

  2. All admissions are valid for one academic year and are required to be renewed by submitting application in the prescribed form for every subsequent year of study in the college.

  3. Once student is admitted to the college, she shall be liable to pay the full fees for the whole year/term, as subject to conditions printed hereunder.

 
  ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION  
     
 
  1. Students who pass the Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

  2. Students who passed the H.S.C. or equivalent Examination of any other Board must produce an Eligibility Certificate issued by the Eligibity section, University of Mumbai, Kalina - 400098.

  3. Application to F.Y.B.Com. should be accompanied by:

    a) A statement of Marks of H.S.C. Examinations with two photocopies and attested copies of the same.

    b) A passport size photograph of the applicant duly affixed to the application form.

    c) H.S.C. Leaving Certificate.

    d) H.S.C. Passing Certificate.

    e) Photocopy of S.S.C. Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate.

     

 
  ADMISSION AND FEES  
     
 
  1. An application for admission to any undergraduate class should be submitted as per the dates notified by the college. Late applications may not be accepted.

  2. As soon as the applicant is notified that admission has been offered to her, full fees must be paid at the earliest. Until such payment is made or allowed by the Principal to be deferred in full or part, the offer of admission is liable to be cancelled.

  3. All admissions of undergraduates are valid only for a year, and are, therefore, to be renewed for each subsequent year of study.

  4. In case of withdrawal of failure to attend college, the refund, if any, of the fee already paid will be in accordance with the following rules laid down by the University.

 
     
  Ordinances relating to the refund of all fees Faculties (Commerce)  
0.2859 Refund of Tuition, Development and All other fees after cancellation of admission:
  The candidates who have taken admission in Govt. Colleges in Govt. aided and unaided courses conducted by affiliated colleges and recognized institutions may request for refund of fees after applying in writing for cancellation of their admission to the course. The refund of fees as applicable shall be made on or before the 30th day, after the date of cancellation and thereafter. The percentage of fees for the course shall be refunded to the candidate after deducting charges as follows:  
     
PERIOD AND PERCENTAGE OF DEDUCTION CHARGES
  Note : The total amount considered for the refund offees from the commencement of academic term of the courses includes the following:  
 
  1. All the fee, items chargeable for one year are as per relevant University circulars for different faculties (excluding the courses for which the total amount is fixed by other competent authorities)
  2. The fees charged towards group insurance and all fee components to be paid as University share (including Vice Chancellor Fund, University Fees for Sports and Culture Activities, E-charge, Disaster Management Fund, Exam Fee and Enrollment Fee) are non-refundable if payment is made by the college prior to the date of cancellation.
  3. Fee collected for Identity card and Library Card, Admission Form and Prospectus, Enrolment and any other academic term.
  4. All refundable deposits (Laboratory, Caution Money and Library etc.) shall be fully returned at the time of cancellation.
 
  FEES STRUCTURE (NOTE)  
 
  1. All students are required to pay the Annual fees at the beginning of the year.
  2. For foreign students, tuition fees will be Rs. 4000 per annum. Other fees will remain the same.
  3. Fees is subject to revision. In case of any increase in the fees, the students will be required to pay the difference.
  4. Examination fees for the Third Year Class will be as notified by the University from time to time.
  5. Students admitted to the First Year Class should claim amounts of Caution Money Deposit, Library Deposit and Laboratory Deposit within one year of leaving the College or completing their graduation. otherwise the same will be forfeited.
  6. My Document verification fees of Rs.400/- to be charged from the students who are not from Board of Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra.
 
  DUPLICATE COPY  
  As per University Circular No. Cert./Conv./1058 of 2008 dt. 26/11/2008 for dupplicate copies of the statements of marks, certificates of passing, degree certificate as well as special certificates, the student has to produce an afidavit on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- made on that behalf before the Metropolitan Magistrate or Notary appointed by the Govemment to that effect, the reason for issue of the duplicate copy of the aforesaid documents mentioning therein so also, the First Information Report (F.I.R.) registered in the Police Station forthe reason whatsoever i.e. loss, damage of the same etc.  
     
  S.T. or RAILWAY CONCESSION  
  S.T./Railway Concession facility is available to the students for their to and fro joumey from their residence to college, Concession form is available in the S.T./RIy Ofice, On submission of the form, duly completed well in advance, the concession form will be endorsed by the college authorities. Concession will be available on submission of this form duly endorsed by the college to the respective authorities.

Student can get a continuation for the S.T. concession pass after submitting the previous concession within stipulated period to the S.T. authorities. Students are not required to submit fresh concession form for such continuation.

If the S.T./Rly. Concession for/Pass is lost, fresh application form will be recommended after collecting fine from the student if the competent authority is satisfied for the reasons mentioned in the application.

Railway concession facility for visit to native place during vacation is available to students. The native place entered in the admission form will be taken as basis for this purpose.
 
     
 

HOLIDAYS / OFFICE TIMINGS

 
 
  1. The College will be closed :
  • On Sundays and all public holidays as declared by the Government.
  • On holidays prescribed by the University.
  • On such days as the Principal may declare form time to time. These will be announced on the notice board.
  1. The College Office Hours :
  • From Mondayto Saturday- 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
  • During Vacations -10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.

  RULES REGARDING ADMISSION  
     
  1. Submission and acceptance of the pre-admission form does not mean any assurance of admission.
  2. Incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.
  3. Full name (in capital letters) Birth date, Birth place, nationality and Caste should be written exactly as mentioned in school leaving certificate.
  4. Acounterfoil will be issued to the student at the time of submission of pre-admission form. This counterfoil should be preserved till the admission is finished. The list of students selected for admission will be displayed.
  5. Those students who do not secure admission by paying fees on the day, date and time specified will lose their claim for admission.
Note :
The Principal reserves the right to make necessary changes in the details ofAdmission procedure depending on the circumstances prevailing during the days of admission.

  • Mark list of S.S.C. Examination in original with three photo copies.
  • School / Junior College Leaving Certificate.
  • Original Migration Certificate.
  • Aadhar card xerox.
 
 
  1. All Reserved / Non-General category students (eg. SC / ST / DT / NT / OBC / SBC etc.) should produce necessary caste certificate proof, while seeking admission in any reserved category.
  2. Students seeking admission under sports and cultural category must attest true copy of relevant document.

  FEES CRITERIA  
     
 
  1. The college fees are to be paid by cheque / Cash only
  2. The fees are payable in installments as prescribed by the college only on or before scheduled dates
  3. Fees once paid are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances and are subject to the exceptions as set out in the refund policy. The management. however, reserves its right to refund any amount of fees at its sole discretion considering the peculiarity of a particular case.
  4. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues.
  5. Any statutory taxes, if made applicable and/or if increased by the college for any facility provided by the college, shall be borne and paid by parents / guardians from time to time.
  6. In case of any cheque towards payment of fees being dishonoured, the management reserves right to de-enroll the student at its discretion.
  7. The management reserves right to debar a student whose fees remain unpaid in full or in part.
  8. The college reserves the right to increase / revise l amend the fees structure as may be required from time to time in view of change of government policies and/or the economic conditions.
